The country house is 2.5 acres in area with expansive lawns, flowers, gardens, many olive, nuts and fruit trees. The property comes with a part-time cleaner and a gardener. There is a room with pool, ping pong, football table, darts, etc.
It has been beautifully decorated with antique pieces to retain the charm of the heritage property...the fireplace is of XVth century! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, TV and DVD player, CD player, internet.
The house is also baby friendly and has some baby games.
The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms, an ample living space with a huge sitting room, a separate dining room, and multiple outdoor spaces to relax and dine. It's the perfect base for a holiday with daily visit to Rome, Tuscany, Umbria, etc.
Our house is big enough for two big families and if you want to bring another friend's family with you we would be happy.

But Soriano is still true. It is one of the few places in the area that has been able to maintain everything that makes it so special. Soriano offers amazing restaurants and pizzerias, adorable caffes, and stunning postcard-perfect scenery. It embodies that vision you have when you close your eyes and think of a Tuscan village... only here it is unspoiled. Soriano to popular destinations by car (estimate): Orvieto 30 minutes Rome (50 minutes),Assisi(1 hour), Perugia 1 hour),Siena (1,5 hours), Florence (2 hours), Naples (3 hour), Pompei (3,5 hours), etc.. In the Terrence Malick's latest film (The tree of life) there are scenes shot near Soriano at Bomarzo (Garden of Monsters) and Villa Lante in Bagnaia, Viterbo.
