You are in the heart of the most beautiful districts. So , you can find the best restaurants, theaters, malls, and sighseeing near the housseboat. Beetween the concorde bridge and the foot bridge Sedar Sengor, you live close to the tuileries gardens (150 ft) and the louvre and your are just in front of saint germain des près, the artistic district. The view from the deck is really faboulous.

This 82 ft. long, 15 wide, houseboat is moored on the Seine in a very picturesque location between Foot Bridge Sedar Sengor and Concorde Bridge.
Below the sun deck, 500 sqft, where you can enjoy warm summer evenings, the main living area has wood floors , and white painted walls.
The air conditioned main room, 340 sqft, is comfortably furnished with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, bookshelves, TV, high speed internet WiFi desk, telephone and sound system.
The kitchen corner is well equipped with stove, sink, micro wave, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, one freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.
The adjacent extendable dining table can seat up to 10 people.
"RISICO" is well equipped with dishes, sheets, and towels.

The master bedroom with a king bed has a very modern and comfortable bathroom ensuite with shower, basin.
