These is one of the few lakefront homes in Lake Chapala and Ajijic, and it's only one out of 2 or 3 in the whole lake with lake front on 2 sides of the property. It's a large 3 beedroom house with 10 foot high ceilings, and large terreces. The main floor has one beedroom, and two bedrooms and the second floor each with it's own privete bath and the main beedroom has a jacuzzi.

There is a full time staff of maid and gardner, there is the posibility of a car exchange.

The gardens are very well kept, and the view could not be better. Yhe house is within walking distance to downtown Chapala and a few minutes to Ajijic.

Lake Chapala it's a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet vacation and it has a great weather year round. Chapala and Ajijic have a large Canadian and American community, for of its outstanding weather and various activities. It's located just 40 minutes from the city of Guadalajara, 20 minutes from the airport and from here you can enjoy day-trips to places like Tlaquepaque, Ajijic and the city where we live.
The house comes with the service personnel (maid, gardener)and the Lake surroundings has lots to do like restaurants, galleries, shops, etc.
There's lots of services that can be arranged on the property like spa style massages, yoga class, cooking and dancing classes; very affordable and spa quality.
Chapala, Ajijic, Tlaqupaque and the little towns around are beautiful places to discover and an excellent place to rest and just enjoy the view.

We are husband and wife 36 and 31, married for 7 years. We are involved in the restaurant and design business. We own Restaurants in Guadalajara and my wife designs fashion for childrens. design fashion for baby and childrens in Guadalajara (4 hours away from Puerto Vallarta). We love to travel year round, every time we get a chance. We enjoy sports (triathlon the most) and are non-smokers, and have 2 beautiful kids, 2 1/2 and 6 month old. We sometimes travel with a nanny that lives with us.
