Nassau is the Capital City in Bahamas located on New Providence Island. We house the greatest resort in the World. Atlantis. We have the most beautiful Caribbean waters, the most pristine beaches.
There are 3 primary gated communities on the Island. All located in the West end of the island, all away from the commercial tourism. Each of these 3 gated communities are created as canal front estates. They are Lyford Cay, Old Fort Bay and Sandyport. Our neighbors are the most famous celebrities from around the world. Everyone from Sean Connery to Shania Twain have the privelege of calling Nassau home.
Our beautiful home has a pool, beach, and 48 foot dock for our Sea Ray Sports Cruiser. We have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, 24 hour security, 2 waverunners and every single amenity you'd look for in a Caribbean getaway.

At Sandyport’s heart and open to the public is the Olde Towne, a marina village set on the Grand Canal, reminiscent of a small Bahamian “St. Mark’s Square” with offices, apartments, and fine dining, a church, clinic and bank. There is a world-renowned gym located in the Olde Towne, offering a variety of fitness programs to suit your needs. It is the perfect setting in which to dine, work, or just relax and soak up the atmosphere.

We would also participate in a vehicle exchange if the trade warrants. Nassau is one of the greatest tourist destinations in the World. Every single person on Earth knows of it. Not bad for an island that is only 20 miles long, 6 miles wide.

We have just investigated this site through word of mouth and thoroughly like what we've seen so far. We're just interested in experiencing new destinations and different cultures so please feel free to contact us. We're very approachable.

My wife and I have two children ages 6 and 8. Our children are enrolled in Private British Education schools in Nassau. We are open to weekend exchanges but have listed our property with a keen interest in a March Break exchange or a full/partial Summer Exchange. Anybody with pets may have an issue bringing their dog/cat etc to an island. My children love animals and we'd be happy to watch your pet as we exchange homes. We absolutely love animals. My name is Rob, my wifes name is Renee. Our Children are Weston and Chase. I have run my own company for the last 20 years and happen to be in the fortunate position of having it run itself when I'm not there. We are young, extremely active and are open to many locales and destinations. Those listed are preferred.
Our vehicles are a 2007 Yukon Denali, black on black. 2X 2012 Yamaha Waverunner GSX Sport 3 Seaters. And a Sea Ray Sundancer 2005 340 Deluxe. If not a professional Captain, please exclude the latter, my baby.
