Haremore Farm is a wonderful family home, gardens and paddock with outstanding views over the open Oxfordshire countryside though only 2 minutes drive to the historic market town of Faringdon. Easy enough to get into London but outside London so you can also switch off from the busy city.

Haremore Farm is a superbly converted stone barn providing approximately 4096 squre feet of light and spacious accommodation.

The very well proportioned reception rooms open out onto the various gardens. The views from the bedrooms and from the balcony are quite spectacular.

Haremore Farm is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds and is minutes away from the historic market town of Faringdon. We are approximately 25 minutes drive from Oxford city centre, which is steeped in history and is a tourist magnet and 45 minutes train ride to London from either Oxford or Didcot station.

The surrounding countyside offers many opportunities for walks into Faringdon and down to the River Thames. There is horseriding, golf and boating locally.

Haremore Farm lies 3 miles from The Ridgeway - National Trust land and very popular with hikers or you can step out on to the local footpath and take a number of different routes out into the open countryside.

20 minutes to a mainline station to London and 25 minutes drive to the City of Oxford and its historic universities, theatres and restaurants and shops.

We are also on the edge of the famous Cotswolds, an area of outstanding beauty and traditional villages.

Further afield is the beautiful City of Bath, with its' Roman Spas, which have recently opened to the public to bathe there - you don't even need to take a towel as big fluffy ones provided!

You will not be short of things to do in Oxfordshire that's for sure!

We would be interested in stays of 2 weeks plus in the August school summer holidays - though possibly also around Easter early June or October - again during school vacation periods.

School holidays dictate our dates but we have travelled quite extensively and are interested in looking at new opportunities.

Karen and I are in our late 40's and have 3 children. Originally from the north of England - Newcastle and Liverpool respectively - career opportunities brought us to Oxfordshire some years ago. We both work in financial services distribution.
We are followers of our home town fooball clubs as well as the more local Premiership side Reading.
With 3 children to amuse we enjoy walking and cycling in the immediate countryside around the village as well as punting/boating and theatre in Oxford. We are also close enough to London to enjoy full family days out.
