We are on a little hill at the end of a lane, with no passing traffic or road noise and no close neighbours. But we are also ten minutes from the night life of Puerto Banus and walking distance of the excellent El Coto restaurant.
This is the ideal place, if you are looking for somewhere for family and friends to stay without needing to go anywhere else. Once you are ready to explore you are close to beaches, clubs, golf, tennis and wonderful restaurants and places of interest. We have been coming her for fifteen years and have not explored one tenth of the region.
Briefly the house has: Garden, terrace, infinity heated swimming pool with swim jet, brick barbecue area, huge master bedroom, en suite with own terrace and four further bedrooms with king/twin beds and with own bathrooms or shower rooms, TV family room with UK channels on TV, comfortable huge sitting room with open fire, cook's kitchen with 2 dishwashers, and indoor dining room overlooking pool,plus outdoor dining table under verandah and next to barbecue.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted as we love to cook. We are reached through electric gates with parking in our courtyard for several cars. The garden is fenced, and secure.
The house has heating and open log fires and a log store, but there is no real winter and never any snow. The sun shines for 300 days a year. If you visit in the winter, you will need slippers as the floor are marble to keep cool in the hot sun, but not so cosy in December.
The ground floor rooms flow into one another and the three master rooms can be opened into one through folding doors.

The beaches are ten minutes by car, are sandy, safe and often deserted if you know where to go. There is long boardwalk that runs from Marbella to Puerto Banus with access to miles of beachfront.
Alongside are fabulous gardens overflowing with tropical and semi tropical plants, a climate guaranteed to make you smile,and great food and wine in the little beachfront bars.
Our house is 40 minutes from Malaga International airport and the beach, golf, spas, hiking, diving, kite surfing, horse riding are all nearby, but our area is a haven of peace and quiet, much prized on the coast.
We are day trip distance to Ronda and Granada with North Africa 35 minutes by hovercraft. In fifteen minutes you can find yourself exploring the old town of Marbella and the glitzy waterfront at Puerto Banus,with its millionaire boats, or spend an afternoon in the 'white' mountain villages of rural Spain.

This is our holiday home and so dates do not have to coincide. If you are interested in rentals, the house is available to rent at £4000 per week in the summer months.
We are wanting to visit California as our daughters are in Los Angeles this summer, 2013.
We are really happy to consider anywhere you suggest. However our house is now full to the end of September 2013, so we can only arrange exchanges from September 2013 onwards. We try very hard to reply to every enquiry and we always consider every offer carefully, but we prefer to exchange with second homes wherever possible to allow for flexiblity in dates.
We are a family with grown up children and grand children who have owned this villa for fifteen years. We love this area and the villa is ideal for groups of all ages as there is so much to see and do at any time of year. We have spent Christmas here many times. Our main home is near Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire, so we do not tend to exchange with UK families, unless they have an amazing house in London, which we always love to visit.
We afford the house by renting it in the summer months of July, August and part of September. Our only time for exchanges is therefore spring, autumn and Christmas. We have a house manager who meet guests and is on hand to deal with any queries or emergencies. She is a perfectionist and likes to keep the house at least to hotel standard, with immaculate bathrooms, clean linen sheets and masses of towels. Each room has plenty of storage as we do not live here.
