**NEED AN EXCHANGE IN SOUTHERN SPAIN 24 JULY to 27 AUGUST 2013 **
We live in Oatley, 18kms from Sydney city, in a modern split level home of 350sq mtrs. The house features panoramic 180degree waterviews from most rooms and an outdoor spa pool overlooking the river.
We have 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds) 3 bathrooms, large open style living/dining room, modern kitchen, large rumpus room with bar and pool table, study, great outdoor areas- with hot tub/spa , separate laundry and double garage. Our home has modern conveniences including airconditioning, gas BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, 2 entertaining systems (cable TV, DVD, video), internet and security system.
The house is decorated in a modern Asian theme and is a wonderfully relaxing place to live.
There is a flat grassy terrace (fenced) and an outdoor spa at the rear of the house overlooking the river. Sunset is a wonderful time to relax with a glass of wine on the verandah, to take in the view as well as watch the abundant birdlife.
Non simultaneous exchanges are possible

Oatley (25 mins by train from Sydney centre) is a quiet, leafy, secure suburb with lots of parks and has a nice village feel. Oatley centre is a 12 minute walk from our house and has all facilities - supermarket, butchers, bakeries, a wonderful gourmet pie shop, bank, delicatessens, hairdressers, beauty salons, restaurants, cafes, pub, medical services, post office, train station etc.
Oatley Park is a great place for bicycle riding or bush walking and has playgrounds, BBQ's and a natural swimming pool. There are also several large shopping malls, cinemas, public swimming pool and golf courses nearby.
The Royal National Park is 25 mins by car with beautiful bush, rainforest and coastal walks, picnic areas, boating etc.
The surf beaches of Cronulla are 25 mins away by car or train. The calmer beaches and restaurants of Botany Bay are 15 mins by car. And of course all the delights of Sydney and its harbour are just a short train ride away.

Car exchange can be arranged. We are open to non-simultaneous exchanges.
We would prefer longer exchanges of about 4 weeks but we are flexible.
We are non smokers and would prefer that you smoke outside.

We are retired so are quite flexible with dates. Non simultaneous exchanges are possible - try us and see.

We'd love to revisit Italy, Spain anywhere in France or somewhere else in Europe.
USA or somewhere in the Caribbean would be great. Australia or New Zealand - prefer warmer weather exchanges.

We (Lyn and Jed) are retired 64 year olds (non smokers) who really enjoy travelling and experiencing new places..We have had over 20 successful exchanges so far and have enjoyed them all immensely.
***Sometimes there are just two of us travelling but in some exchanges, another couple (long term friends) or our adult children visit for a few weeks, that is why we have listed 4 people in our exchange party.
Our two children live elsewhere in Sydney...so we are now empty nesters who keep ourselves busy with pilates, language classes, cinema, dining out with friends and of course travelling.
