The office would be locked during your stay simply because it will be an area to store some of our goods, but internet access is available throughout the house.Air conditioning is available in the house for those hot summer days or just jump into the pool.Walk out the door and step onto your own pontoon. Go fishing off the pontoon ... fish for dinner! Lines and rods supplied !
Laze in the pool and watch the yachts go by, light up the bar-be-que or dine out at one of the many cafes/fine dining in the area. Great family location OR lots of night life for those interested in that aspect of the holidays. Large shopping centres and plenty of variety of foods and clothing for the shopaholics.
We also have an outdoor area designed for an open fire so that you can sit around the fire at night and toast those marsh mellows.
We are 5 minutes from the beautiful Mooloolaba beach or you can swim in the pool or swim in the beach infront of the house...the choices are endless!
House has recently been renovated and new appliances put in.
This is a fantastic part of Australia and a premier tourist destination.

This is a fantastic area for all kinds of activities from swimming, surfing, boating,Golf (several international courses available); water skiing to hiking, biking, kayaking,scuba diving ( several wrecks in the area to dive on including an old battleship). . . you name it, you can do it ( except snow ski of course.)Wine tasting,fine dining,casual dining to the fish and chips at the local shop .Mooloolaba has it all!!! beautiful beaches ( we believe they are the best in Australia, white sand, surf and also an area that is safe for swimming for those not used to the waves. That was the reason we moved here intially...safe for the kids!!)

We are 1 hour north of Brisbane airport and transport here can be arranged as there are easy bus services that will drop you at the door or we could uplift you from the airport if possible. This is the beautiful sunshine coast of Queensland and has all that one needs in the immediate area...there is NO NEED for the big city.
We prefer non smokers but you may smoke outside.

We need some months of notification to get our business in order but any time of the year would be considered.

We would love to swap our home during the 2013 and 2014 years.... we would love to go skiing aand/or surfing. Our two teenage children are working at Big White for the 2013 season so we would prefer to go there in March/April 2013 ( this is a great time of year in Mooloolaba!!)but all exchanges anywhere in the world would be considered and do not have to be a ski area.Try us and see!!! Surfing area would be great to...hawaii etc etc

We are now empty nesters with our youngest child now left home.My wife and I run our health food company that can be viewed at www.changinghabits.com.au. and that keeps us very occupied but we always love travelling. We are seasoned travellers and recently took two years away from home and travelled around Australia in a large motor home. We have completed exchanges before and love the concept.We have travelled overseas before and enjoy the time away that this gives us as a FAMILY as we would like to think that the other family members might come with us!
