We have a fabulous newly renovated architecturally designed home as featured in 2 recent home lifestyle magazines. It is 2 storey with 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the TV room. The home is perfect for a family holiday as it has 3 childrens rooms with double beds.
There are 3 bathrooms, dining room, lounge room, tv room and a glass conservatory - and an enormous kitchen. The home features central heating (heated floors) and a heated pool with spa. There is an integrated sound system featuring ceiling speakers upstairs and downstairs with a vast variety of music.
The views are terrific - we are elevated with magnificent views of the district and ocean glimpses.
The house is 500m from Bronte Beach. A five minute walk will take you to Coogee Beach and Clovelly Beach. The world famous coastal walk will take you to Bondi Beach in 20 minutes. There are many beaches that are so close, its hard to chose where to go! ! !
All amenities are available for a great holiday. Fully equiped with everything you need. Bikes, boards, pool equipment etc. . .

Our neighbourhood is very quiet. The street is small and made up of residential homes and our neighbours are all very friendly. Friends and family are nearby for help of any kind.
The home is very close to 3 of Sydneys best beaches - Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee. The water is pristine, aqua and very inviting. Only a few minutes walk! !
We are only 8km from Sydney city. Buses and/or trains make the 10 minute trip so easy. A fantastic new shopping centre Bondi Junction has just been opened nearby.
In 10 minutes you can enjoy all that sydney city has to offer, the museums, centrepoint tower, Darling Harbour, Opera House, Sydney Harbour etc. . . . . .
