Our home is a large detached single family house with a pool in the hills overlooking the city with spectacular views of the city lights and the California Mountains beyond.

The house is over 3700 square feet, (350 Square Meters) with 4 bedrooms (two being used as offices with two computers and high speed internet) One King sized bed, Two Queen sized beds, all with nice luxury linens, (if needed we have a very comfortable additional portable Queen sized bed) , 4 bathrooms, 3 showers one is an enormous steam shower, two tubs, one has a two person Jacuzzi spa tub, a living room, family room, dining room, library, breakfast room, three fireplaces, central air conditioning and heating.

There is a state of the art entertainment system with a high definition 65 inch plasma TV with High Def DVR, DVD, VCR, PS3, Blu-Ray, THX Surround sound system with speakers throughout including outside. There is also a 50 inch plasma TV in the master bedroom, a 35 inch TV in the guest bedroom, and even an LCD TV in the master bathroom.

The large private garden has a new salt water pool and spa, a large heated covered patio with a gas fire pit and built in stainless steel gas barbecue, and is in a wonderful private & tranquil setting surrounded by trees and greenery. Outside there is an additional covered living area that is heated with a sofa and chairs.

We have just completed a major renovation so most of the house is new or remodeled.

The kitchen is new with Wolf, Subzero, & Bosch professional stainless steel appliances.

We have two cars available, an Infiniti FX45 SUV and a Mercedes S550 AMG that we would exchange for something comparable.

There is a cleaning lady that comes twice a week. She does laundry, changes the bedding, cleans the cat litter box, and anything else that is required. We have people that tend the gardens and the pool so there will be no work for anyone staying here.

We are located in the hills of Los Angeles between the Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills. We are close to Universal City (Universal Studios) 5 minutes, Downtown is about 10-15 minutes, Hollywood is 7 minutes, Beverly Hills is 10 Minutes, Sunset Strip and West Hollywood are 7 minutes. Beaches 30 Minutes, Disneyland 45 Minutes. We are close to plenty of trendy restaurants, hiking trails, cinemas, and entertainment.

We have had twelve successful exchanges, and are open to exploring the world and meeting new people.

We are non smokers and do not allow smoking in the house. We do not want to exchange with people who smoke in their homes.

We would prefer to exchange with adults, but will consider well behaved non tail pulling children.

We are pretty open! We would like to go to New Zealand, Hawaii, South America, Japan, Tahiti, the Caribbean or any tropical destination. We also were thinking an exchange in Oregon in the summer would be fun.

Anyplace on the water or with a view of water would be great!

We are two professional men, 45 (Interior Designer) and 48 (Real Estate Agent). We have been together for over 18 years and married since October 2008.

We have a very friendly Maine Coon cats (Wilbur). We would love if someone can pay him a bit of attention and refill his water and food, but we could arrange for him to be out of the house if needed.

English
