Villa Tolbos is a large house, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. We are proud of the house and would like to exchange with people who are like minded and also "A grade" tenants. Pets and unruly children would be a problem. Somerset West offers the best of all worlds - vineyards, ocean, views, mountains, excellent golf courses, beautiful properties, sailing, whale-watching, fine restaurants, shopping etc etc.
