Our Home
Architect designed, spacious home located on the shores of Okanagan Lake near Penticton, British Columbia. This famous tourist destination is surrounded by vineyards, world class wineries and fruit orchards. Okanagan Lake is a beautiful 75 mile waterway in the Okanagan Valley. The Trans Canada hiking and cycling trail is spectacular and very close by. The property is very private with over 1000 ft. of private lakeshore, private dock, a stream running through with pastures and livestock on the upper reaches.
The house is spacious with 6 bedrooms, five bathrooms, jacuzzi, hottub. extensive decks and patio, lawns and gardens. Casually appointed on three levels. Spectacular lake and mountain views from almost every room.
Our Neighborhood
The propery is located at the North boundary of Penticton, B. C. It is surrounded by vineyards and fruit orchards. also abound. Excellent downhill and cross country skiing in winter and spring is closeby at Apex Alpine and Big White Ski Resorts. Okanagan Lake is a beautiful 75 mile long waterway in the Okanagana Valley. Penticton has a population of approx 40, 000 and Kelowna 40 miles awy has a population of approx 100, 000. Vancouver is a 4 1/2 hr drive, Banff and Lake Louise in the Rocky Mountains is a 6 hr. drive, Seattle is 6 hrs away.
Summers are hot and the other season moderate. The climate is arid desert with mountains nearby providing a diverse climate and geography.

Other Information
We can offer a vehicle with an exchange. We do not smoke and would expect smoking to be confined to outdoors. Our golden retreiver dog and cat will be boarded out during the exchange period. Many boats including a hobi-cat sailboat, bicycles, fishing boats and gear.
