Direct by the beautiful lake Tolken, the large house lies in perfect solitude with a large garden and the private beach, pier and the lake. The house was designed and built in 2004 and have been presented in several interior design magazines.

The silence, the closeness to nature and the clear water is something extra for stressed people, a place to relax and enjoy the scandinavian way of living.
Here you can use our floating sauna, try some fishing in the lake, take a ride with the boat Minimax 690, or just make up a nice cosy fire and read a great book.
No neighbors, no stress, just fresh air and silence.

The closest town is Borås, 24 kilometers away, the clothing and design Mecca with lots of shopping, sports and its famous statues, Gothenburg and the beautiful west coast is less than one hour away, and the airport takes about 40 minutes to reach.

We live at the countryside with large fields, and open landscape all around.
The lake is large, and also the freshwater supply for the nearest town.
The water is clean as crystal, and really nice for a morning swim.

Close to the house we have 5 really nice golfcourses, and a great skiing area in Ulricehamn.
The nature is great for walks, and "allemansrätten" makes the whole nature accessable to you.

25 october - 3 november 2012 we would love to go to a city. Barcelona, Paris, Palma, Lissabon, Granada, Rome etc.
The kids have a week off from school.

During New year 2012 we would love some sun.
Florida, Thailand, Dubai.

In february 9-17 we would love to ski the alpes.

During summer 2013 we are able to exchange 20 june - 15 aug and loves Italy, the beach and soft places.

Open to any dates

2012 and 2013 we are just looking for short breaks, weekends are always possible. During 2014 we would like to exchange one year.

Our family consists of four persons. Janne 46 years, Helen 47, Eric 11 years and Isa 8 years.
Janne is the founder of a leading event agency and Helen operates an interior decorating company.
Both our children attend schools in a nearby village.

We love to travel, mostly to nice calm places like Tuscany, Mallorca and South Africa, but also the alpes, the US etc.
