Our home is a luxurious hacienda built around a central courtyard with a water feature. Off the rear terrace is a solar-heated pool, hot tub and lovely pool house with bar and luxury bath.

We have two master suites with fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, walk-in showers, and sitting areas with televisions.

There is a delightful large gourmet kitchen. Choose dining at the breakfast bar, in the formal dining area, on the sun porch, on the pool deck, or on the terrace overlooking Cathedral Rock.

Relax on a leather sofa in the spacious living room which has 1890's cathedral stain glass windows on each side of the wood-burning fireplace.

Curl up in the the dedicated home theater with over 700 movies to choose from for viewing on the 9' screen.....or catch your favorite football team on our Sunday Ticket...or play X-Box 360 on the big screen.

The library has a leather couch, large collection of books, computer with high-speed access and wi-fi, fax machine, and copier.

There is music throughout house and outdoor areas.

The house is built on a one-acre lot overlooking Cathedral Rock, the most photographed rock formation in Arizona. The back terrace has a fire pit and built-in grill. The national forest is one block away.

June 14 timeframe for 2014 Wilmington N.C. graduation trip

We would like to be in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach or Wilmington Beach over June 14, 2014 for our grandson's high school graduation week.

We would like to ski over the holidays in December, 2013. There would be eight in our group.

We are open to offers for other trades in 2014, but for 2013 just skiing around Christmas.

Roger and Carol loved their lives as innkeepers in Sedona. They sold their 4-Star/4-Diamond inn in 2000 and retired. Prior careers for Roger included Navy jet pilot and electronics retail. Carol was CEO of a community management firm and flew around the country educating others to manage communities.
