A comfortable and spacious west coast contemporary home with lots of wood, glass and lovely ocean views. Watch the Wednesday night sailing races from the living room. Just a scenic 15 minute trip from downtown Vancouver through beautiful Stanley Park and over the Lion's Gate Bridge, with its breathtaking views, and you reach the beach community of West Vancouver. Set between the mountains and the ocean West Vancouver offers the best of the West Coast, plenty of beaches, parks, shops and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts the choices are endless skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, boat rentals, even tackle the famous Grouse Grind (straight up Grouse Mountain). If you are more into relaxing, enjoy the local beaches, take a short ferry ride to Bowen Island for lunch, or stroll the village shops and cafes. A short trip away are the attractions and action of Vancouver or in the other direction we are just over an hour to Whistler Mountain Resort.

We had our home custom built nine years ago. It has a very comfortable, West Coast feel lots of wood, stone and glass with lovely views. We are situated next to a beautiful waterfront Old Growth Forest with many lovely hiking trails, just a small distance further is a beautiful community beach. We are minutes from a sailing school and our local rec centre offers many fantastic programs for kids, as well as fitness facilities for the adults. We are a short drive to many local attractions or you can enjoy the outdoor fireplace and the view from our deck.

We are a family of four mom is an interior designer and dad is a broadcaster. We have two boys ages 9 and 12. We love to travel together.
