The house is 3,421 SQF (318 M²). It was designed and decorated by a renowned Italian architect. It is fresh, tropical modern but fully functional. The house is organized in two floors, fully furnished, with living-room equipped with a TV and DVD Player, a terrace facing a private garden with pool; the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and tools needed for cooking. On the second floor you’ll have 3 rooms good for 6 adults, all equipped with TV, climate control system and, coral marble baths (the Master has a king side bed and private balcony, and two double room with two full beds).

Down the hill you have the Casa de Campo Marina. At the Marina -just few steps away- you have a plaza with shops, world class restaurants, even supermarket and antique store. If you like to play golf you’ll have not only 63 holes, but also access to the famous Teeth of the Dog, ranked #1 in the region (and 17th in the world) all designed by Pete Dye.

The resort is huge, more than 15,000 acres but it is so warm and welcoming that you’ll rarely realize how big it is. Bus transportation within all major spots is available for free to guest, or you can rent a golf-car, bike or several other ways to move around. The property is a tropical modern vacation home, designed and decorated by a renowned Italian architect. In the first floor you connect from your private garage to a reception area that connects the social areas such as the dining room, living room with an overlooking a terrace with a private pool. On the second floor, two double beds room and a master bedroom with a king side bed. The kitchen and laundry services are is fully equip too.

We are looking for a ski-in / ski-out place to exchange for two weeks after Christmas.

We are a mid 30’s couple that loves to travel in order to have quality time with our two daughters (8 and 6) since we both are busy professional. I am in the Marketing business and my wife is an architect. We are base in the Dominican Republic, we have the property listed in Casa de Campo and will be uploading another one at Samana in the north coast of the island.
