Our Florida beach condo is our second home and it is located in the residential and extremely calm area of Redington Beach, on the west cost of Florida (Tampa bay area), between Clearwater Beach & St-Petersburgh Beach. It is located on the 5th floor of a luxurious building (built in 2003). It offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from master bedroom and family/dining rooms. The unit is very luxurious and secure with semi-private elevator (one for two units). . We do NOT rent our condo, as we are using it as our vacation home, many times a year.

The condo is 2300 sq.ft (215 sq.m) with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is newly furnished. It is beach front and offers a direct access to the balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. It has one (1) King-size bed (with very comfortable & new mattresses), a sitting/reading chair facing the ocean, a large flat screen TV, a large private bathroom with spacious glass shower, dual vanity, corner bath & walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has two (2) Queen size beds and it is also newly furnished and decorated. It has a flat screen TV, access to a share bath/shower room and offers city views and direct accee to the front of the building balcony. Bedroom #3 has one (1) Queen size bed, is newly decorated & has a private shower room and walk-in closet.

Our condo has an open-floor plan so you can see the ocean from most of the rooms. It has a large gourmet kitchen, well-equiped & a laundry room (very nice if you have children!). The unit is well furnished, and very well located, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers Flat screen TVs in each bedroom & family room, and free wi-fi. It has a large and fully furnished balcony (30 feet x 8 feet) directly overlooking the two (2) pools, SPA and gulf of Mexico. It comes with a maid service that will come at the end of your stay, to clean up the place. We would appreciate the same if you want to exchange with us!

We simply love it... the condo is very comfortable & clean, the beach area is calm (no public beach access nearby), but we are still located near major attractions like the Walt Disney theme parks!

Here are a few facts about the area: it is a very nice & easy drive to go to Orlando (75 to 90 min. depending on traffic)... and it's even nicer to get back home at night, in our calm condo, after a busy day at Disney!

Looking to spend one month during summer 2015, on the North Shores of Oahu and on the area of Lahaina, Maui.

We would like a beach house with pool, or condo with pool, offering ocean views.

We will be a group of 2 adults + 3 teens.

Very flexible, all year round! Our Florida beach condo is our vacation home so the exchange doesn't need to be "simultaneous".

We are looking for homes and condos that would be SIMILAR to our condo (luxurious, spacious and good locations). We are open to any destination and our favorites for the next few years would be: Oahu, Maui, Hawaii US, Barbados, FRANCE, City of London UK, Spain, Mexico (Los Cabos) and much more! We love beach exchanges or area with historical tourism!

We are a family of five, and our children are 11 (Xavier), 13 (Alexis) and 17 (Jennifer) years old. Our primary home is in Drummondville, Quebec (so we are French Canadian). We speak French, but also english as a second language. We are non-smokers and are expecting the same in our home. We are very responsible people and we will take very good care of your home... and we expect the same!
