We have a beautiful home nestled in Mouth Martha , a unique stunning area just 1 hour from the city of Melbourne . We are minutes to pristine beaches, or 15 minutes away from Red Hill a lovely rural area scattered with wineries. We have the best of both worlds, live alongside the coast, adjacent to some terrific rural areas and within a short distance to the city and all it has to offer.

We have a 2 storey modern 5 bedroom home which has been recently fully renovated, with all modern furnishings. We have 2 large entertaining decks overlooking a gorgeous tree lined valley , home to local wildlife, including Kookaburra's who often perch on our deck. You can sit on our deck and feel like you are worlds away secluded in the stunning natural surroundings.

Upstairs we have our main living area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, downstairs we have a second living room, a separate children's retreat, which also has a double bed and toliet , so can be used as a 5th bedroom for additional accommodation if required. We also have a large backyard with trampolines and swings set up nicely for kids. We have a car that can be negotiated for auto exchange.

Mount Martha is a unique beautiful location, just 1 hour south of Melbourne. It is situated on the Mornington Peninsula, a well known holiday destination within Australia ( we are lucky enough to live here all year round !) . It is located on the coast with absolutely beautiful beaches only minutes away plenty to choose from all along the coast , great for swimming , surfing, boating, fishing or just sunbaking on the beach, the area has a lovely coastal feel about it.

Uniquely Mount Martha is also only 15 minutes from Red Hill, a stunning rural area with over 40 wineries at your doorstep, known for producing high quality Pinot Noir , Red Hill is a great spot for lunch/dinner or some wine tasting. There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas , you can take the kids strawberry or cherry picking , visit the Peninsula Hot Springs for a spa, plenty of great golf courses to choose from or just relax on our wonderful deck taking in the scenery.
There is some great coastal towns further down the coast, from Sorrento to Portsea, plenty of local restaurants to choose from and great shopping.
We are happy to guide you on activities that are of interest to you that you can experience in our local area to ensure you have a great holiday.

We are an Australian family with 3 young children ( 8,6 and 4). I work in marketing for a multinational and my wife works for a luxury accommodation business. We are extremely tidy and have a well looked after home. We love to travel and both of us have travelled extensively , we want our young family to have great travel experiences around the world with us.
