Our house is a beautiful 12 years old villa near the sea on two levels, located in an exclusive and quiet area of Moraira with sea and mountain views. The house has 150 qm with 800 qm garden, tropical plants and a private pool with roman steps, surrounded by terraces.

On the ground floor you have a very sunny and large sitting room with a piano and a 40'' TV , a full equiped kitchen, dining area, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a outside terrace.

You reach the second floor by a greek stiled steps, and upstairs you find a very cosy bedroom also with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with a breathtaking view to the seaside.

On the pool-level is a laundry room which includes a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet.

Our garden is provided with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the swimming pool. The garden and the pool are maintained by profesional people.

We have got air conditioning in all the house.

You'll have access to our wireless internet connection in the house.

The house is situated in a very exclusive and safe area. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain with the best climate of continental Europe and is ideal for visiting all the year.

Moraira is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations and the area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. The center is modern with shops to satisfy any demand. There are great restaurants and easy free-parking in the center.

All beaches display the blue flag of cleanliness. You can do watersports, cruises, plenty of golf courses, tennis, walking in mountains, horse riding, visiting wineries, shopping.

The nearest airports to Moraira are Alicante (80 km) and Valencia (100 km) by motorway.

The neighborhood is warm, friendly and quiet and international, most of the people speak english.
