OUR BEAUTIFUL, INTERIOR DESIGNED AIR CONDITIONED HOME SITS IN 25 GATED ACRES OF TROPICAL GARDENS WITH A LAKE, POOLS, TENNIS COURTS AND A GYM AND OVERLOOKS A PERFECT QUIET WHITE SANDY BEACH. FREEPORT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IS A 15 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY. WE WOULD LOVE TO EXCHANGE OUR HOME FOR THE MONTH OF JULY/ AUGUST 2012 WITH A HOUSE WITH OCEAN VIEWS AND A POOL IN THE SOUTH OF FRANCE, IBIZA OR MALLORCA. WE HAVE A CLEANER AND A CHEF IS ALSO AVAILABLE BY PRIVATE ARRANGEMENT.
Our Neighborhood
GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND IS A 30 MINUTE FLIGHT FROM MIAMI OR NASSAU. OUR LUCAYA IS A 10 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE HOUSE AND HAS MANY ATTRACTIONS INCLUDING RESTAURANTS, A STRAW MARKET AND SHOPS. THE ISLAND IS FAMOUS FOR IT'S GOLF COURSES, BONE FISHING, DIVING AND SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS. THE WEATHER IS FANTASTIC ALL YEAR ROUND. THERE ARE 2 BEACH RESTAURANTS A SHORT WALK UP THE BEACH OR A TEN MINUTE DRIVE AWAY.

About Us
We are a married couple, with two teenage children and live in Chelsea in London. Our home in the Bahamas is our second home which we usually visit 3 times a year. I am a model/actress turned interior designer and my husband is a business consultant. We are VERY careful and considerate, as are our children. We do not smoke. We have swapped our home once last year with a NY family which was very successful and have offered it as an auction prize at our charity events supporting a children's hospice and a breast cancer charity.
