One bedroom has been converted into a "scrap booking" and project room.

Second bedroom contains a full sized bed and private bathroom with heated floor and shower.

Laundry room has a deep sink, wall mounted ironing board and new washer and dryer.

Our Master Suite is our haven. It has a dual electrically remote controlled king sized bed with a Television lift cabinet at the foot. It contains a 42" flat screen TV and DVD BLUE RAY player and Cable. There are heated tile and hardwood floors, a Coffee Nook and mini refrigerator. It also has a huge walk in Master closet with dressing area and a full-length mirror.

The Master Bath includes dual sinks with sea foam granite counter tops, heated floor and walk in dual Travertine tile shower with top quality fixtures.

On the Lake Side of our house we have a 6 person Hot Tub, an outdoor shower, and a large stainless steel barbecue that is fed natural gas from our house, a large dock and covered slip. Our boat is kept on a hydraulic Remote Controlled boatlift and lowers or rises with a touch of the key chain remote.

Our house is on a very small quiet street with houses only on one side (the lake side). Fifteen feet from the back of our property is the "Burke Gilman Trail". This is a walking, skating or biking trail that is 25 miles long and circles Lake Washington. The nearest park is just one mile away or a 5-minute bike ride or 20-minute walk. We have 5 bicycles for your use if desired. This is a very quiet affluent
neighborhood with all custom homes.

We are 10 minutes from downtown Seattle where you can visit the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, enjoy some of the finest Seafood in the world at our restaurants, or venture out on a Ferryboat ride to whale watch or visit the San Juan Islands or Canada.

Or if you prefer to drive, Canada is only 1 1/2 hours.

We are willing to swap our 28' Cabin Cruiser as well if someone has a similar boat to swap.

I I am Tony. (50) I am the owner and founder of a small tire and auto repair company with 3 locations in Seattle. Shering (48), my wife and I have been married over 21 years. Besides assisting with our business she designed and supervised the remodeling of our house and stays busy with our 3 daughters. Stephanie our oldest still at home is 18 years old and will be graduating from high school this Spring and plans on attending Western Washington University in the Fall. Serena is 14 and in the 9th grade at high school. Natalie is 10 years old and attending the 4th grade at the nearby elementary school.

Our whole family enjoys traveling and outdoor sports. We snow ski, water ski, tube behind our boat, scuba dive and bike.

We love taking our boat out into the San Juan Islands and into the Canadian Gulf Islands. We enjoy finding new harbors and watching whales, other sea life and crabbing for our dinner.
