Home is tastefully furnished with a southern beach creole atmosphere with mahogany furniture . hight speed internet wit DSL , family room large screen plasma TV /VCR/DVD/BLU R/DVIX ( with a collection of movies for the whole family ) with prologic sound/satellite/Cable TV ; Xbox 360 . CD player in bedrooms, flat TV in master bedroom ( QB top quality memory form matress ) Gourmet kitchen granite countertops and all appliances included Nespresso machine , I love cooking so you can find everything to prepare a gourmet meal . ( I love to go at the farmer market and cook the local food As I am "slow food adept"
but if you don't cook there have many great restaurants in the island .
you will enjoy a breakfastat at the veranda with french croissant and good expresso (local coffe is delicious) with a lot of tropical birds around you !

we live in a Quiet, safe and Residential area on a hillside overlooking the sea with always brezze with our french doors, 5 to 10 ' walk to the beach. Only a few minutes drive to many other beaches.well situated ( the center )in the island not too far from beautiful beaches in Grande-terre and amazing Rain forest in Basse-terre
littoral trails right across the home ; minute drive to good French , ethnics and Creole restaurants. or shopping. 15 mn from airport . Please no smoking inside .

Guadeloupe is the perfect destination for NATURE-LOVER'S with white , yellow and dark sand and WARM SEA but not only we have also wonderful hiking trails in the rain forest or littoral (step from our home ) ; it is also the gastronomical destination in the caribbean with french speaking environment and huge supermarkets with a big choice of french products (wine , cheese , croissant and baguette at reasonable price !) . it is a little FRANCE in caribbean sea ! Enjoy our fresh fish and farmer' market !

the climate : we enjoy a year- round average temperature of 65-85°F the ocean maintains an average temperature of 80°F , the humidity is made confortable by the cool trade winds " Alizes"

PET CARE: (2 females dogs: yellow lab and boxer who live outside ,they never go in the bedrooms. both kind and gentle we prefer stay at home prefer trade with pet lovers . both acustumed with kids and sleep on the veranda ,if you like dogs they will love you !

with the unfenced pool we would prefer residents that can swim and are considered water safe , Sea equipment (surfboard, bodyboard, windsurf) can be negotiated .
we have etablished relationship with some exchangers over the world who are very good friends now and we enjoy very much exchange multiple times with the same family . ( no surprise but no stress!)
