Our home is over 6,000 square feet.It is a very open plan with lots of tile, granite and marble inside and out. We have fantastic ocean views from 2 spacious balconies and huge windows. There is a small "lap" pool and large hot tub on our main patio with wonderful views of the ocean. For the musicians we have a grand piano. Our home is quite luxurious. The master bedroom is very large with fireplace, fitness equipment and more fabulous views of the bay. There are 2 other bedrooms plus a large office.Wifi Internet throughout the home. The ocean is a short 5 minute walk away and very close to shops.The USA (Washington state is 3 km drive from our home and Vancouver is a 30 minute drive.) We have one Very well behaved house cat. We are very experienced exchangers having done over 30' exchanges with homes ranging from a little chalet in the Alps to a castle overlooking the English Channel in France. No car exchange, prefer to use our car to drive to exchange.

White Rock is a wonderful place to visit as it is only 5 minutes to the Washington State border, 30 minutes to Vancouver, 2 hours to Seattle, 2 hours to Whistler. We are only a short 5 minute or less walk from the beach and all the restaurants along the water. There is also a 2 km walk along the ocean. It is a very peaceful pretty area and yet we are only 10 minutes walking or 4 minutes driving to the shops. We live just above the pier and the strand for those wonderful walks at sunset. The view is of the Gulf Islands and Washington state. Everything is very close to our home, malls with great shopping, etc. but you are also so very close to the beach.
