Our condo is a loft style, with an open floor plan on the 3rd/top level. It is contemporary in style with heat, air conditioning and antique hardwood floors. There is only one common wall, so it is very private. The outdoor deck is huge with views of the mountains and Pearl Street-which is the downtown walking area of Boulder. The entry has a private lobby for the 5 residences on the 3rd floor and commercial offices on the 2nd floor. The main door is open during business hours, otherwise a keyed entry is required (keyed elevator to the 3rd level). Visitors can be buzzed up. One garage parking space is included. Some of the special features of our loft are a gas cooking grill & gas fire pit on the deck, washer/dryer, internet, cable TV, internet stereo with indoor & outdoor speakers. Being as the restaurant selection is incredible in this area, we have no formal dining area inside, but have a counter with bar stools. When eating here we use our teak dining table & chairs or our comfortable lounge chairs on the deck.

A fantastic location! In the heart of historic downtown Boulder, overlooking Pearl St. with a fabulous view of the Flatirons, Boulder's famous rock formation. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance from here, some are listed below. Shopping, art galleries, clubs, live music(http://www.bouldertheater.com/), theaters.......lt's all here. University of Colorado calls Boulder home & this provides many cultural opportunities(http://www.coloradoshakes.org/the-plays/about-the-festival). You never have to drive, unless of course you want to get up into the mountains. Rocky Mountain National park, the #1 tourist attraction in Colorado is 30 minutes away and there are many great ski areas within 2 hours.

The cycling and hiking in and around Boulder is famously good. The Boulder Creek bike and walking path is a 10 minute walk from our place and a great way to work up an appetite.

This is a second home and does not have to be a simultaneous exchange. We are very flexible on dates that our place could be used.

As we are avid cyclists, we have a particular interest in any area that has great cycling, preferably road. There are so many places we have been to ride and so many more we'd like to see.
