Our beautiful designer Loft is over 3500 sq ft on a private floor, with13 ft ceilings, full sunny windows, and with a private elevator entrance. It is located in the most desirable residential area near the wonderful Madison Park area and just off of Park Avenue on a quiet tree-line street. It is centrally located near the best restaurants, theaters, museums, Fifth Avenue shopping and Empire State Building. There is also a beautiful secluded terrace in the back with stunning views of the Empire State Building and which is surrounded by neighboring private gardens. It is a quiet oasis in the center of the city.

Our recently renovated home is decorated with an eclectic collection of contemporary art and modern and deco furniture. The stunning double parlour area is rare in the city and serves as a private art gallery and quiet sanctuary. It is very child friendly especially since it is on a private floor and on one level.

The loft has a chef's gourmet kitchen with seated dining area and adjacent to the large Family/TV room area leading to the back terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms including a Master Bedroom Suite with : King bed, tiled Master Bath, TV and large closet area; a 2nd Bedroom with a trundle twin, and nanny's room with a twin bed; and a possible 4th Guestroom with a convertible queen bed.

The front Living area has wall-to-wall oversized windows and which flood the loft all day with sunlight. The rear Kitchen and TV/Entertainment area has a huge picture window and 10ft doors leading to the outdoor deck and views of the Empire State Building.

The library off of the main living room is a jewel, with a large selection of books, TV and large lounging sofa for quiet reading.

Our home is fully equipped including a washer/dryer and we can arrange for house keeping 3x a week.

Madison Park is 2 blocks away and offers many of the city's best restaurants within walking distance, a great children's playground, dog park, and famous outdoor cafe "The Shake Shack". Two new 5 Star luxury hotels, the Gansevoort Park Hotel and the Nomad, just opened across Park Avenue and features spas, gyms, and highly rated new restaurants and rooftop lounge venues.

It is a centrally located residential neighborhood within a short walk from Fifth Avenue shopping, the Empire State building, the Flatiron building and many other historic landmarks. There is a subway stop one block away.

We have some weeks in July and August and Christmas holidays available for a non-simultaneous exchange.

We prefer exchanges with second homes as we need to be flexible with our future dates.

We are professional couple who run our respective companies. Cristina has a furniture and home design enterprise and Michael runs an established creative media / tech company. We have a son Henri, who was born May 2011 and will travel with him and a nurse and, on occasion, two members of our family.

We love to travel but can only do so during major holidays because of our work schedules. We love exploring new areas especially when we have access to outdoor sports and activities.

Our home is very child friendly and we have many friends and their families stay with us throughout the year.
